In July 2017, the first issue of the magazine “enorm stadt” under the theme “Designing Urbania” was published as a joint project by enorm, the magazine for social change, together with Sally Below.
As guest editor-in-chief, she developed an issue focusing on visions for strategic urban development, featuring mission statements, goals, and tasks, as well as initiators, owners, and users working at the intersection of political mandate and special interests. The magazine is directed at both experts and the urban public alike. The editors hope that in it, readers will discover new ideas, critical approaches and encouragement.
The magazine publication was the start of a collaboration that continues with an “enorm” city channel on the website. An “enorm” city tour continues the conversation on the relationships between urban development, society and sustainability in various German cities, as of spring 2018.
